Myco Brewhouse appreciates your business and we strive to assure customer satisfaction. If items you purchase do not meet your needs for whatever reason, please contact us for exchange or refund. Registered accounts may return any unopened product within 10 days of purchase. Guest returns may be limited.

Return period: You may return or exchange an unopened item for any reason within 10 days of purchase.

Items eligible for return: All unopened items are eligible for return or exchange, except for:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Spore products sold to Guest accounts, please register

Proof of purchase: Our computerized records will confirm your purchase, please provide the buyer account name. Spore products are not returnable on Guest account purchases.

Return process: Request a return through the website, email, or a phone call. Once authorized, please securely return unopened items to Myco Brewhouse.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
